Fall and Edging

1. Each Kahanni takes a little time to be lovingly packed.
2. Orders are shipped within 3–7 working days and delivered in 7–12 working days.
3. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. For international orders, customs duties (if any) are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Store Credit

1. We offer a 3-day return window on eligible products.
2. Returns are free — shipping is on us.
3. Products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags and packaging intact.
4. An unboxing video is required in case of wrong or missing items.
5. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size, or design preference. The only replacement offered is for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
6. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Refunds are made in the form of store credit for the product value (shipping charges are non-refundable). If the order is defective/incorrect and cannot be replaced, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Any defects or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
9. Do not accept tampered packages or share the delivery OTP unless you have checked and received your order in full.
