• Kahanni does not offer exchanges for change of mind, size, or design preference.
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products in unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Any defects or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video for verification.
• The only replacement we offer is for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability of the same item.
