At Kahanni, we take pride in curating handcrafted sarees made with care and emotion. While we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we understand there may be rare situations where you need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please write to us at info@kahanni.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
• If the cancellation request is received and accepted before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation After Order is Shipped

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return for store credit after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Cancellations after dispatch may incur a from the refund/store credit.
  

3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time frame (24 hours), the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refund initiation will be confirmed via email once processed.

4. Auto-Cancellation by Kahanni

We may cancel your order automatically under the following circumstances:

• If the item is out of stock or unavailable.
• If the address or contact details provided are incorrect or unserviceable.
• If the payment is not successfully completed.

In such cases, you will be notified via email and the amount will be refunded in full.

5. No Cancellation for Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our sarees, any product marked as “custom” or “made-to-order” is not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
